We are looking for sponsors to help support the cost of a new Bass Clarinet. Like the more common soprano clarinet, the bass clarinet instrument is pitched in B-flat and therefore plays one octave lower. The bass clarinet has virtually identical fingering to other clarinets but usually also includes extra keys allowing it to play below (written) E. Our target goal is to raise $4,000 during the 2010-2011 school year. Please consider our Silver, Gold, or Platinum contribution levels.
